Discover Scuba Diving

Have you always wondered what it's like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren't quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you. We offer this program off a beach. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. To sign up for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health. Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care Training

Emergency First Response® primary and secondary care training teaches you what to do in the critical moments between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive. Learn how to perform CPR, provide first aid that eases pain, assess a variety of injuries and illnesses and practice bandaging and splinting.

Discover Tec Discover Tec embraces the dive today and discover philosophies, allowing you to begin your training in a pool or pool-like conditions as you try out technical diving equipment and tec diving skills (as fits your interest). Plus, your Discover Tec experiences may be credited toward the Tec 40 Diver course.


Tec 40 Diver If you’re interested in entry-level open-circuit tec diving, Tec 40 Diver is for you. Learn to make gas-switch, extended no decompression dives using air and enriched air to depths as deep as 40 metres/130 feet. You’ll also prepare for and respond to foreseeable emergencies that may occur at this level of technical diving.


Tec 45 Diver In the Tec 45 Diver course, you learn open-circuit decompression dive planning with multigas dive computers coupled with decompression software, as well as with tables. You’ll use air, enriched air and oxygen (as appropriate for the dive) to make multistop dives with a single decompression gas to depths as deep as 45 metres/145 feet.


Tec 50 Diver The Tec 50 Diver course trains you to conduct open-circuit tec decompression dives using air, enriched air and oxygen to a depth to depths as deep as 50 metres/165 feet. Building upon what you learn as a Tec 45 Diver, this course fo


Tec Sidemount Diver The Tec Sidemount Diver course is a great way to get started with technical diving. Sidemount, which places all your cylinders on your sides (no doubles) is growing in popularity because of easier equipment transportation when topside, reduced lower back strain, and the ability to monitor all your regulators (they’re in front of you). This course trains you in tec-level equipment, gas management and cylinder handling for sidemount configuration. As a Tec Sidemount Diver, you can complete other TecRec open-circuit tec courses in sidemount, as well as apply sidemount to certifications you’ve already earned.
